A4 Bath Road – Bath to Bristol Sustainable Corridor

Contributed to the design of a 2.5 km section of the A4 Bath to Bristol Sustainable Corridor, supporting improved walking, cycling, and public transport integration in line with sustainable transport objectives.
- Supported development of concept and preliminary designs, including carriageways, kerb alignments, bus lanes, cycle tracks, and footways using AutoCAD.
- Prepared a Concept Design Review Technical Note addressing design considerations, risks, and compliance with relevant guidance.
- Designed pedestrian and junction features including crossings, continuous footways, and raised tables in accordance with local and national standards.
- Contributed to bus stop layout improvements, incorporating accessible boarding, shelters, and compliant markings.
- Coordinated with utilities and drainage constraints, proposing appropriate adjustments to support design development.
- Undertook swept path analysis to support junction layout validation and contributed to multidisciplinary design coordination.
